For many of you, we already work closely with you to manage the leave administration process manually, including tracking requests, approvals, and compliance requirements. While this approach has worked, we know it can be time-consuming and less efficient for your organization. AbsenceSoft allows us to modernize that work by automating key steps, centralizing information, and improving coordination; all while maintaining the same hands-on guidance from the IronRoad HR Team.
AbsenceSoft supports a wide range of leave and accommodation needs, including:
- FMLA
- ADA accommodations and interactive process tracking
- State and local leave requirements
- Company-specific leave policies
The platform is designed to manage overlapping and concurrent leave scenarios while maintaining proper documentation, timelines, and compliance.

Your Role in the Implementation
To ensure a smooth transition, your team will be involved in the implementation process.This may include:
- Reviewing current leave policies and data for setup into AbsenceSoft
- Providing timely approvals and feedback during the setup phase
- Participating in training sessions for administrators
Your involvement is critical to ensure the platform is configured accurately for your organization. Our team, in partnership with the Absencesoft team, will support you throughout the process to ensure the platform is set up correctly and aligned with your organization’s needs.
